Stanton CRR is a seven bed facility. Stanton has three shared apartments and one single apartment. Stanton Ave CRR was opened in 1996. Originally, it housed the Supportive Housing program. Stanton population fluctuates from mostly men to femaleresidents. Stanton CRR is located on the East End side of town (Morningside, Highland Park, East Liberty area). Our residents are easily accessible to at least four different chains of supermarkets (Giant Eagle, Aldi’s, Shop and Save, Save A lot and Bottom Dollar opening soon), public transportation and local eateries. Oh my don’t forget our close proximity to the Pittsburgh Zoo. Our folks strive to achieve and maintain recovery by building those core skills needed to live independently in the community. Staff work closely with outside providers and family to achieve independent housing.
