Overview
Residential Care Services, Inc. began service in Pittsburgh, PA. in 1983. In that year Hasina House, at the time a 6-bed program for adolescent females, opened its doors in Squirrel Hill. Since that time, our agency has undergone many changes, and has expanded quite a bit. Hasina House is now one of two MISA (mental illness and substance abuse) programs that provide specialized services to adults facing both mental illness and substance abuse issues.

We have a total of 10 residential programs and a supportive housing program with offices in Bellevue and Shadyside. Between our residential and supportive housing programs, we serve well over 200 consumers each year.

Throughout all of the growth that RCS, Inc. has undergone over the years, we have remained dedicated to providing quality services by doing "whatever it takes" to get the job done right!

of life for persons with special needs by providing individualized
community services so they can live with dignity and a sense of well being.
